Hospital level care

The same home, the same kitchen, the same garden — with the higher clinical oversight that hospital-level needs require.

Hospital-level care happens in the Rose Wing alongside our resthome residents. That matters: it means progressing from resthome to hospital care doesn't have to mean uprooting from a familiar room, a familiar view, and familiar faces.

Medication is managed through a blister-pack dispensing system. Visitors must never administer medication — including alternative or herbal remedies — without first checking with the Clinical Nurse Manager.

External care is arranged on request: GP visits, specialist appointments, and physiotherapy through referral.

Same garden, same meals

Hospital-level care doesn't mean a hospital ward. The home, and its rhythm, stays the same.
